Final Destination for the 30 year Celebrations for Variety is Busby’s Bore — Say What?  Where the heck is Busby’s Bore located?  Here’s a bit of history for you…

In 1824, Governor Darling appointed 59 year-old engineer John Busby, as Government Mineral Surveyor. Busby recommended the Lachlan Swamps between Paddington and Randwick (now part of Centennial Park) as a suitable new source of water.

We are travelling through 3 states of Australia – NSW, QLD and VIC to finally meet up with all the Variety Bashes across Australia in Busby’s Bore.

Day 1. Friday 8th August.   Brisbane to Bundaberg = 425 Ks
